Welcome to Quick Bridge Funding, LLC. (“Quick Bridge”). Quick Bridge is a licensed lender in some states. Quick Bridge offers certain small businesses access to financing. In California, products are made or arranged pursuant to California Financing Law license no.: 603J292.
Products offered by Quick Bridge and its affiliates are business products only, and submitted applications may be evaluated for one of two separate products – a business loan or sales-based financing.
The products and services described on the website are only offered in jurisdictions where they may be legally offered. In no event shall the information on this website be deemed an offer to or solicitation of anyone in any jurisdiction in which an offer or solicitation cannot legally be made, or to any person to whom it is unlawful to make a solicitation.
Any applications submitted electronically shall have the same force and effect as if the application bore an inked original signature(s). The application, together with any accompanying financial statements, schedules, or other materials, is submitted for the purpose of obtaining a financial product and is warranted to be true, correct, and complete.
Your use of this site constitutes your agreement to each of the terms and conditions set forth herein (“Terms and Conditions”) and to the Quick Bridge Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any of these terms, then please do not use the website. Quick Bridge reserves the right to update the content of its website, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice.
Electronic Communications
By using any part of this website or sending e-mails to Quick Bridge, you agree to receive communication from us electronically, and that all agreements, notices, account updates, disclosures, and other communication that we, our affiliates, partners, or independent contractors provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing and are effective immediately. You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive disclosures and submit information electronically. You may withdraw your consent by contacting Quick Bridge in writing. If you choose to withdraw your consent, you will not be able to make any request through our website. If you have a pending request on our website, we will terminate it and remove it from our system. If you have already received funding, all previously agreed upon terms and conditions will remain in effect, and we will send disclosure to your verified business address provided during registration.
Telephone Communications
You hereby expressly consent to receiving calls and messages, including auto-dialed and pre-recorded message calls, text messages, and SMS messages from Quick Bridge, its affiliates, marketing partners, agents, other authorized third parties, and others calling at Quick Bridge’s request, or on its behalf, at any telephone numbers that you have provided or may provide in the future (including any cellular or mobile telephone numbers) even if those telephone numbers are listed on a Federal, state, or other jurisdiction Do-Not-Call list. Your cellular or mobile telephone provider may charge you according to the type of plan you carry. You may opt out of receiving calls and marketing from Quick Bridge and its affiliates, marketing partners, agents and others as provided in the Privacy Policy or by contacting us directly.
Adverse Action Notice
If your application for business credit is denied, you have the right to request a written statement of the specific reasons for the denial. To obtain the statement, please write to Quick Bridge Funding, LLC, 46 Discovery, Ste. 200, Irvine, CA 92618, within 60 days from the date you are notified of our decision. We will send you a written statement of reasons for the denial within 30 days of receiving your request for the statement.
You have a right under the Fair Credit Reporting Act to know the information contained in your credit file at the consumer reporting agency. If we obtained information from a consumer reporting agency as part of our consideration of your application, its name, address, and toll-free telephone number are shown below. The reporting agency played no part in our decision and is unable to supply specific reasons why we have denied credit to you. You have a right to a free copy of your report from the reporting agency if you request it no later than 60 days after you receive this notice. In addition, if you find that any information contained in the report you received is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to dispute the matter with the reporting agency. USA PATRIOT Act Notice
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each individual or business that requests financing.
What does this mean for individuals: When you request financing, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, Social Security number, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
What does this mean for businesses: When a business requests financing, we will ask for the business name, business address, Employer Identification Number (EIN), and other information that allows u to identify the business and signatories. We may also ask to see other identifying documents showing the existence of the business.
Applicants
The individual(s) identified in the application (individually, an “Applicant”) each represents, acknowledges and agrees that:
- The individual signing the application on behalf of the Applicant is an authorized agent of the business;
- The Applicant is of the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which he or she resides;
- All information and documents provided by Applicant to Quick Bridge, its affiliates, agents, or service providers are true, accurate and complete;
- Applicant will immediately notify Quick Bridge of any change in such information or financial condition;
- Applicant authorizes Quick Bridge to disclose all information and documents that Quick Bridge may obtain including credit reports to other persons or entities (collectively, “Assignees”) that may be involved with or acquire commercial financing, including without limitation the application therefore (collectively, “Transactions”) and each Assignee is authorized to use such information and documents, and share such information and documents with other Assignees, in connection with potential Transactions;
- Each Assignee will rely upon the accuracy and completeness of such information and documents;
- Quick Bridge, Assignees, and each of their representatives, successors, assigns and designees (collectively, “Recipients”) are authorized to request and receive any investigative reports, credit reports, statements from creditors or financial institutions, verification of information, or any other information that a Recipient deems necessary;
- Such authorization shall extend to obtaining Applicant’s personal credit profile to consider the Applicant for business financing, and subsequently for the purposes of updating, renewing or extending financing, and for reviewing or collecting payment thereof,
- Applicant waives and releases any claims against Recipients and any information providers arising from any act or omission relating to the requesting, receiving or releasing of information;
- Applicant agrees that Quick Bridge may communicate with Applicant through a live agent, artificial or prerecorded voice, and automated SMS text at the phone number(s) provided regarding the products and/or services about which Applicant is inquiring. Applicant certifies, warrants, and represents that the telephone numbers that Applicant has provided are Applicant’s contact numbers and Applicant is permitted to receive calls at the phone numbers provided. Standard text message and minute charges applied by Applicant’s cell phone carrier will apply.
- This request is for business and not for consumer purposes.
Subject to Approval
This is not a guaranteed offer of financing. Rates and terms for business financial products are subject to underwriting guidelines, may be provided by third parties, and are subject to approval. The approved funding amount is based on eligibility, which may vary. Restrictions may apply. Application is subject to approval and is based on factors such as business type, time in business, annual sales, average business bank account balances, personal credit and other variables deemed relevant by us.
Use of the Website
You accept sole responsibility for all your activities using the website, including your conduct on the website. You will not use the website for any unauthorized or illegal purpose. You will be responsible for ensuring that you do not violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, rule, regulation, or order of any court in conjunction with your use of the website, including but not limited to copyright laws. You will not upload or transmit viruses, worms, or any other destructive code. You will not use bots to engage the website.
You agree you will not interfere, in any way, with others’ use of or access to the website and will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the computer system of any other website user. Events Beyond Control
Under no circumstances shall Quick Bridge be held liable for any delay or failure in this website and/or information on the website directly or indirectly resulting from, arising out of, relating to, or in connection with events beyond the reasonable control of Quick Bridge, including, without limitation, internet failures, equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, earthquakes, explosions, acts of God, war, terrorism, governmental actions, orders of courts, agencies or tribunals, or non-performance of third parties. The provisions of this paragraph are in addition to, and are not intended to limit or modify, the limitations in the Limitations of Liability section as stipulated above.
Governing Law and Forums
Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the State and Federal courts of the State of California. Furthermore, these terms and the interpretation, performance, and enforcement of your and Quick Bridge’s rights and duties shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California except for the conflict or choice of law principles thereof.
